2013 Event Overview

The first annual EZ RocksSkate for the Cure was a competitive skateboarding event that was established to raise awareness about Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD). The event raised funds to support the establishment of newborn screening programs for the early detection of rare childhood disease such as ALD. The event was open to all age and skill levels.
The EZ Rocks Skate for the Cure was in memory of Ethan Zakes who lost his life to ALD at the age of 10 Date: Saturday, September 21, 2013 Location: Bellevue Skate Park 14224 Bel Red Rd.
